need help getting fenders to greyhound to ship, shakopee to Minneapolis MN

I am currently trying to get some fenders for this manco trike from member kltmojave who gave me a great price, but shipping directly from him will be 90 dollars more than if i can get it to greyhound. It isnt convenient for him to take them as its 25 miles each way, but im hoping there might be a fellow member in the area that might be going that way in the near future.

I am not in a rush, but i would like to get these in the next few months if possible. If anyone else lives in the area and can possibly help the fenders make their way there, please contact me or kltmojave or both and let us know what you can do!

please help me keep this machine alive and restored! doubt ill find fenders local so please help us out!!!

    thanks!!

I'm confused. The fenders are in Shakopee and they need to make it to Minneapolis? Why doesn't he drive them the whole 20 minutes it will take? Otherwise, I know where a Manco Quester 308 is with excellent fenders. I might be willing to barter for it and sell the fenders. It only costs $35 to $40 to ship a complete set of fenders in my experience. Good luck to you.

because of the size, fedex charges a lot. UPS even more. USPS wont even ship. 50 miles in 20 min? that would be cool

Shakopee to Minneapolis is about 25 miles give or take. 30 to 45 min. drive depending on traffic.

The trick with USPS is that they need to balance on their own on the scales. I made a couple of cardboard supports to accomplish just that.
It cost a whopping 11 dollars or so to ship from Michigan to Where ever oile lives,,, out west somewhere plus he got them in a very reasonable time frame.
I taped his address and mine as sender wrote on a piece of paper to top left of fender and off they went.

Greyhound has courier services in some areas that will pick them up.

It's really not a long way from Shakopee to Minneapolis. It couldn't cost more then 10 dollars in gas and a hour of his time.
