I'm going to look at a KingQuad with EPS today or tomorrow and had a question on a few things.

How do I make sure the front locker actually works, or if the 4x4 in general works at all?
I guess I'll be able to tell if the EPS works good or not just by steering. Will it make funny noises if it's messed up?
I'm going to shake around the ride to make sure it doesn't bottom out or anything.
Check for smoking too.
What additional things should I look out for when buying used from someone?
It's not snorkeled, and guy said he used it for deer hunting.
