That's crazy, it does look like there are 2 sprockets. Nice polish for a part that's supposed to take blunt force, lol
Looking for a Bassani silencer for a 2nd gen tecate, the style with the movable mount. 1st gen will work

yea he loves it. lots smoother and more stable that ever before. the Raptor chassis really is a great chassis to build from. the only thing I may do is eventually hand build a 2nd setup for a different class and use the LSR chromoly chassis they sell. sponsored I get some discounts which will help.

Now can we remove 1 or 2 of those wheels?

LOL. They do not allow trikes to race for now. They may consider doing up a trike mx class if we can get 5-7 dedicated riders.

We need some more pics, how about some close-ups if you get the chance. I am interested in the motor fitment.

Everytime I look at this quad it makes me wonder if Kawasaki took its hair down and built a truly cool smaller quad (kinda Like the old 250 Mohave) it should look like this. (Your color motif makes me think about a Kawasaki).

LOL I will get you some. My son likes Bright green and it came with a white body, so we went green and white for the colors. Turns out a nice combo actually. Motor actually fits in very nicelty with plenty of room. the YZ motor is 1/2 the size and weight of the origional then we remvoed the bigger harness assembly and battery and air box system will be removed. Total the bike will have lost nearly 40 lbs over the origional weight. we did add bigger shocks and longer travel a-arms and wider rear so that added. We estimated to be abotu 27lbs under stock weight how it sits. I am also toying with the idea of putting a smaller tank on it as we don;t need a full day's worth of fuel when he only rids 20 minute sessions at practice or racing. I have seen some alloy tanks that look as if they woudl fit pretty well. I would have to make a mount to hold it, but that's simple. I also have paint that matches the powder coating, so if i have to touch something up, i can paint it to make it cover up the area. (smart thinkin eh? ;-) )

anyway, I'll pose ya up some photos and even show the rear mount i made to fit using the stock rear mounts and added a buildin spacer to senter the engine.
i am going to be taking the bike down to a specialist to finaly get a custom complete pipe made for it. We had a make it work pipe from a YZ85 but we really need a true pipe made. I am also goign to raice the engine up on the front mounts about 1-1.5" so L can get the carb to sit more level. When I mounsted the motor, it sat on the frame and was setup to sit like it did on ht edirt bike, but once the bike was assmebled the suspensions changed that and the carb sits at a weird angle the float will not seat the needle and leaks so i had to make a custom intake for it for now. really dumb but it worked for our needs till we fix that. i had to wait to move the motor due to the pipe was build around the current angle which is now wrong. so i learned mount the final engine mounting last once the suspensions is installed with the carb so you can be 100% sure before you weld it on perm. anyway, minor change to the frount mount but no biggie.
I'll post photos of how it sits and what I did for mountings.

Nice little tapped out step up.

Very cool, he will be waxing the big quads is no time.

Nothing worse then getting smoked by a kid on a 80. LOL

Haha. It is bored to 96cc. It is down at a place getting a custom pipe build. So that will increase power 30%
