    removing a crank

    Well I split the zinger cases this evening,and the crank is still in the left case.I am wondering is there some trick to removing it lol? I just need some advice before I go after it with a lol .

    that happened to the crank in my 250r, it was stuck in the left case, so I just took it to the press and got it out with that.

    How did you split the cases?? Do you have a case splitting tool?? If you do, thats what I used, you use is to push the crank out of the case...

    hahaha

    Actually, I didn't use anything lol :shock: .I stripped the allen bolt that holds the clutch shaft,and I thought it was still holding the motor together.I picked the motor up by its right side case and it just came apart.I consider myself lucky,everyone else has to use case splitter tools and everything else.So now I have to get this stupid crank out.I might just have to take it to my atv shop/kawasaki dealer.
