The carb on my 110 always gets stuck when I give it throttle when its cold until it warms up. Is there any way I can fix this problem except for heating it with a hairdryer?

You need to find out whether it is the slide, the needle, the cable or the thumb throttle itself is getting hung up. Somethings dirty or worn.
