    You can purchase it from Menards or Home Depot it comes in a spray can similar to spray paint but it's like a rubber finish.

    We used to use the plasti dip liquid in a can to dip our clutch & brakes levers, they have lots of colors and it gave them a non-slip finish.

    So I guess the worst part about it is,it will peel off? Just asking.

    No it doesn't just peel off on its own, I find it to be pretty durable it does chip and scratch like paint but not as easy.

    It the same type of stuff on Channel Lock Pilar handles, some of which I have used for 30 years with no problems.

    I don't know how it works on fenders, but I coated a set of Quadracer nerf bars along time ago because sand kicked up by the front tires would blast them clean & it worked great for years!
