110 1985 auto clutch sticks when hot

Trying to get trikes ready for sale due to family emergency.

Have a great (theftproof ugly) 110 with trailer hitch and rear racks.

Starts, runs great but if I run it hot, say an hour or so, it wants to go into
    'direct drive'.

slow down and it stalls like it's in a regular hand clutch gear.

cools down and runs great again.

Thinking about trying the 'right' wet clutch oil but everything I've read
says 10-30 or 40 is what the manual requires.
My 10 other semi auto Honda trikes do not have this problem (yet).

    Thanks everyone.

well couple of things, it could be the disks are so worn that the material is not there anymore, or the auto-clutch is worn you have bad shoes there.
I would first start with replacing the clutch and discs on the normal clutch side. if that doesn't work, then you will have to investigate the auto clutch.
