Atc200 e Big red rear sproket ? 47t?

looking at buying this

for a bike which came without the rear sproket couple of questions

is this the only type of sproket for this model?
and if i get it do i need to drill holes to attach it?

check on the microfiche, to drive this model of sprocket you need 2 plate and the rubber cushion.

Be carefull if you don'T have the old sprocket,if I'm correct the axle that fit with this kind of sprocket have 5 mounting hole/stud, another similar axle use a different sprocket and only have 4 hole/stud........ if maybe someone ever changed the axle on your trike with a different one.
