If you think about if from a cup half full perspective $200 to transport two engines a few hundred miles, get them torn down, stored for over 1/2 a year and then shipped back to you sounds like a decent price. If you have even 1/2 the toys you claim to own a couple hundred bucks for all that shouldn't get you this fired up. As my kid would say; "chillax Dude".

$200 wouldn't even cover the gasket kit, bearings, and crank seals. Forget about the labor. Go cry somewhere else, no one here is buying it
Looking for a Bassani silencer for a 2nd gen tecate, the style with the movable mount. 1st gen will work

Not really. Rather than splatter this matter on the board, an attemp should have been made to contact me by mail. Some one would have gotten it.

John, what was stolen from you?

If you are in possession of your engines, why would you insinuate that Craig may have them? These are the kinds of scenarios I've been through with my ex who is deeply troubled and lives in her own reality. You do realize that if you're in possession of your engines then there is no way that Craig could have them, correct?

Where were you all that time when you were gone?

Do you seriously expect someone to send you a letter via snail mail in 2013? You're serious about that? So you, or someone, would have gotten the letter but couldn't reply to an email, PM, or phone call? Were you in the loony bin? No offense, I've been. I'd be willing to bet that's where you were. Life is tough sometimes and shite happens. Women break you apart, people you love die or disassociate themselves, things get tough, but it is my honest opinion that you have some misplaced anger here. It would appear as though you're making an issue where there otherwise wouldn't be one, and Steve's good name is what's suffering because of it.

I do not know 88 Turbo. Nor will I judge him. But one thing FOR SURE. Steves good name will not be touched. Can't happen. Bad situations turn worse sometimes without anyone really doing anything wrong. Sounds like maybe the case here. Hopefully you guys get out for a ride together someday
Please help those who cannot help themselves.

Yep, started at him sending me 2 bottoms, and a wicked cool air foolers clutch basket that I told you I could not install the rivets, I was afraid to touch them.

The second my hands touch side work, 35$ an hour starts. So lets say I split 2 motors in 2 hours and carefully kept all parts washed and the gears together, thrust washers etc; Thats 2 hours 70$. Then I buy EVERY AVAILABLE bearing and seal for 2 motors. You think 130$ covered that?? Nope, it didn't and I told you flat out, I am keeping the bearings and seals. Remember I couldn't buy certain discontinued items so I couldn't put the cases back together??

I asked for those parts and got nothing. I was promised pistons and the obsolete parts and nothing happened so WTF could I do??

And, I didn't have a return address to send you your sh!t or mail a certified letter (what a joke........)

How about storage with no response, I should have had a damn auction at that point, correct??

But no, I waited and caught you at 3AM and said "I just want to send these back and have nothing further to do with them".

So, as asked a few times, what did I steal? What portion of your 200$ did I use inappropriately??

"AWAY" leads me to speculate jail but I'm not here to slander you, I'm here to clear my name. No One in 10 years has anything bad to say about me; But you...

Do you realize the rare sh!t you sent me and I gave it all back?? Because IT"S THE RIGHT THING TO DO!!

Call me a drinker, call me a man that enjoys some of Gods marijuana but don't you fkng dare call me a thief or a liar!!

Just a new comer to this here party. Dirtcrasher as a new comer I have read some of your posts in previous threads. You seem and sound like a upstanding person. I would not worry about your reputation being diminished at this point at all.

Turbo I have seen a few of your posts and read more in this thread and I would hope that what ever it is that is truly bothering you that you get counseling for it. I bought a used engine and to have it shipped to me it was $76.00 and change. Now if you threw in a teardown and inspection of 2 lower ends I would say you got more than your money back when DC shipped all of that back to you. Now just because it isn't exactly what you wanted to end up with does not mean you got screwed. Put on your big boy pants and admit that you were treated more than fairly. And please go to counseling to get your other issues worked out. No one here is about to jump on your bandwagon and think poorly of DC from these posts.

    Vince.
