Just got my NEW Maier Tiger Fender

Enough is enough.

88 turbo coupe gave me two air cooled R engines at Icefest 2011 to deliver to a third party to get worked on. Engines were delivered and out of my hands. That's what I know for fact.

The rest is between them but this is getting stupid. From there the third party who was to build the motors (300R and Mugen 360) was left high and dry. You fell off the face of the earth turbo coupe. From what I was lead to believe, there were multiple phone calls, PM's, and emails in an attempt to get in touch with you, all of which were ignored. I saw your crap taking up precious space in someone else's shop and you were nowhere to be found even to send a return address. You sent your stuff up here and disappeared, no contact at all, possibly for years. After the builder got fed up, I believe someone else was brought into this to finally get in contact with you and the engines were packed up in a cooler and shipped back to you, not stolen as you claim.

I find it bizarre, unless there's something I don't know, that you're blaming other people for "stealing" your stuff when it was shipped back to you and this whole thing is of your doing. The builder in question has a flawless history of customer service and I listened to his frustrations about you disappearing for a long time.

On top of all that, now you're insinuating that Craig, whom you've never met, for some reason has your engines. Why you would think that baffles me just as much as why you would fall off the face of the earth and blame someone else for your actions. I sold Craig my 300R with the same engine in it that Todd put in that bike when it was built. It's never been apart from the time Todd built it. It didn't come with any spare engines or engine parts, and now you're talking to Craig as if he's had anything to do with your weirdness. It's time to cut the crap and just say what you need to say, there's no reason to hide it on my end. You can call me or anyone else involved at any time, PM any of us, or reply in this thread.

Unfortunatly I was gone. I couldn't do any thing about it until I got back. A deal was made and I got screwed again.

What deal was made Turbo?? We would start with 2 engines and I immediately split the cases and ordered every bearing and seal. I could not get gaskets or pistons or any of the other sh!t you promised me.

So, I held onto them until you answered the phone at 3AM one night after months of trying to contact you. So, I sent it all back.

You were the absolute worst customer I have ever had and I was trying to survive when you must have lost a girlfriend or had a pony drown when you wouldn't return my calls, PM's and emailed until that 3AM night.

Yes, I kept 2 sets of bearings and seals for the 200$ you taped to the cooler lid, remember that?? I never saw another dime.

Your right oile. I spent alot of time and some money trying ALOT of different fenders. The TriZ's need very little cutting to make fit. They line up on the frame perfectly and look right.

88, I kept my mouth closed for a while, but this opened it. I saw DC posy a thread in the open forum quite a while ago looking g for you. You dropped off some rare and $$$ motors at his house and he couldn't get ahold of you. He was asking anyone with any connection to you to try to get your stuff back to you. If DC was a lesser man, he'd have put your stuff on ebay and said goodbye to it. Don't tell us he stole your stuff because we all know he tried to get it back to you. This was such a simple deal and I cant stress how simple it was. Both bottoms were to be rebuilt. What ever they needed was to be done no expense spared. I sent $200.00 with the motors for parts to get started. I get them back and everything is in pieces. If thats not bad enough my $200.00 is gone and no parts. How would you like it? Thats not right. I am not wrong. A deal was made. Say what you want. Justify your position. I'm the customer. DC was in need of work. Things weren't going so good at the time. I thought I would help him out.

A simple certified letter could have been sent to my address while I was away. The matter would have been taken care of.

John I'm really not trying to name call or anything, but you're weird dude. I know a lot about this situation and you are indeed wrong. If you got your stuff back then what is it you're accusing DC of stealing? Why are you insinuating that Craig has your engines if you got them back? If you're accusing Steve and Craig of having anything to do with stealing your engines (which are currently in your custody) then you are accusing me by association, as I sold Craig his 81R.

Steve took your engines and disassembled them, as that is what is required during a rebuild. That's the first step. He then bought a lot of parts (which I saw) with his own money I'm pretty sure, I don't think that was your money. That was pretty nice of him I'd say. What happened after that is between the two of you, but you disappeared. You were gone, unable to be reached in any way. Steve called and called, I saw him call you personally many times and listened to his whining about what the hell was going on. You were gone dude, your choice. You think I wouldn't have wanted a 360 Mugen motor for myself? You think he couldn't have gotten anything for it elsewhere?

Answer me this- What did Steve steal from you?
