    86 350x aftermarket bearing carrier help/input

I'm replacing the rear axle bearings in my 86 350x. I want to upgrade and looking at the dual row carriers. Billet vs forged.... Brand vs brand any real world Experiance would be appreciated. Any pros/ cons of aftermarket vs oem. My oem axle is not pitted or wore like I've heard others say the axle wears where oem bearings ride.

high quality and very solid. you do have to look at "grooving" the carrier where the zerk fitting is so it can rotate with the assembly, but that is all and it is not damaging.

Please don't think aftermarket carriers are better than OEM units. OEM carriers if maintained are very stout carriers and in my opinion better than any aftermarket units sold.
