yamaha yt 125 oil seal and clutch question

My first question is : can i change my clutch side crank seal without spiting the cases ?

#2 Can a YT125 be converted the manual clutch ? I put a blaster cylinder on mine , a custom pipe and a 32mm carb and now the clutch slips. I put a vesrah HD clutch kit in it and it held a few rides and now its slipping again. will IT125 parts fit the to convert it to a manual ?

she isn't pretty but she runs good thats my exhaust after i welded it up too , i used parts from a DS80 , KX80 , the stock O ring joint and stock header , fmf shorty off a cr 250 and the fork of a huffy mountain bike as the stinger
