    1985 250R Front Wheel

Since the stock front tire size of the 85 250R is getting harder to find, I'm curious to know if anyone has come up with a viable alternative? Are there any "Conversion" kits that would allow someone to run a front wheel from a quad?

Pretty new to the world of 250r's.

    Thanks

Not really many options. There is a member called Xowner who does 10" wheel buys to convert your wheel to a 10 inch wheel with correct offsetting wheel. Allows you to run more than a few options of tires. I have seen guys use a Suzuki quad front rim but it was a certain year and offset. Not common though.

I just put a Kenda K284 23.5x8-11 on my 85. Not the best tire in the world, but only $55 on eBay.

Thanks for the help!! The AZ desert can be pretty harsh on tires and finding some that will last is proving to be the biggest challenge. Once again, thanks for all the suggestions.
