Kawasaki Tecate tires

Can someone tell me what size and what brand tires came on the 86-87 tecates, thanks guys

The link gives some of the 86/87 tecate specs, tire sizes are in there if you scroll down, I forget the model the OEM tires were but I think they were like Dunlop KT733's or KT765's or something like that, do a search on here and Im sure someone has it...or if no one chimes in by the time i get home later tonight ill try and find the supplemental manual i have that says all the info...

They have long since been discontinued by Dunlop so new ones will be very expensive if you can find them

I have a bunch of used ones that are just that, all used and not so great. Some might be ok but why buy old tires?

rear 20 x 11 x 10 . . p/n 41002-1550

front 23 x 9 x 11 . . p/n 41002-1549

unfortunately, dunlop does not even make these sizes anymore and the size is rare . . the tread was pretty flat across the top . . the maxxis rear tires have a half way similar look overall but of course they don’t say dunlop . . I think you can remove the colored lettering on the maxxis with paint stripper or lacquer thinner but they still have the mfg name in raised letters . . be sure to get 4 ply tires . . their "mx" tires are 2 ply . . the others are avail in 4 and 6 ply . . rocky mountain atv and others sell them..
