Just curious, is the rear plastic hard to find for these vehicles, if so what can I expect to pay for a NOS rear fender, there is a nice one close to me but the fender is cracked, if they are hard to find, whats the reason, lack of supply, they must have had a bunch of extras at some point, where do they all go?

Those models were only made for a couples years and production numbers were not very high due to government regulation. There is parts out there just few and far between.
