82 honda ATC 185 carburetor HELP.

I own a 82 ATC 185 an I need help with tuning my carburetor my original carburetor broke so I bought a new one off eBay from china. My new one came to me untuned an with the fuel and the air screws not installed but in a little bag. An in this little bag there is just two screws an a spring. An I know which is which an that the spring go's on the fuel screw and where they go but that's about it so PLEASE HELP ME get my three Wheeler running again.

fuel air screw 2 and a half turns from closed. and the id put the put the idle screw in until it has tesion then give it one or two more turns. that should do it also watch this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3k6T5riJpCA
