180 out on your cam pulse generator or valves set too tight. Watch for air leaks and double check all cam and pulse timing.....

Will it at least pop on starting fluid or brake clean? If so, its carb/petcock/tank related. If not, its valves/compression/timing related.

so after the 3rd tear down and rebuild today, compression is at 150, timing was set to oem spec per service manual. Will not pop on starting fluid, pulled down the road could not get anything out of it. Valves are set to oem spec. Im at my wits end here. bout ready to set the sob on fire

When you say "timing set" do you mean ignition AND valve timing? Your cam could be off.
    Also, spark plug gap correct?

The fact that you have spark, and have tried ether, points to timing. Those spockets are easy to get off by a tooth or so.

Try advancing timing some and retarding timing, make sure you havegood gas in it. Richen the jet up and lean it out some

Sounds like the cam is 180 degrees out. Make sure and start the engine timing sequence with the cam lobes down facing the piston at TDC.
