Check out RMSTATOR or electrex usa. I think they both have the ohm readings you need to check the stator. Welcome!

u think u could shine some light on how too do so. I love too ride not much of a wrench turner bought the bike last spring and i redone top end ran great all year then not long ago was rideing and just quit. my head light use to light when kick now nothing. sorry to bug but i really wanna ride... my coil is new any idea

You'll have to google and find a manual to download free and do some homework/ Or buy a paper one. I have one I could sell for $20 + shipping.You really can't guess your way through this,and I have a headache from the run on sentences!

You will need a service manual like the guy above me said and a multimeter to take the required resistance measurements to check the stator. It's pretty simple just buy the right tool and follow the directions, the book will also tell you how to check the kill switch, coil, and cdi box. Which anyone of those things can cause no spark.
