Met Bill a few months back from a craigslist deal. Awesome guy into trikes recently. Poured his heart and soul into this 70 with lots of parts he machined himself. Keep your eyes open, let's catch this POS!! Here is link and description

Screw that, too good for him. I'd rather see the POS drawn and quartered while chained to four Big Reds. Sure hope the guy gets his toy back.

SCUM!!!!!! A guy in my area last spring had his modded XR 75's and atc 70 stolen. Same thing, somebody took them right out of his garage. I keep an eye out for any 70's or 75's in my area, never know if I'll get lucky and spot one of them. I hope he gets his 70 back and the POS who took it gets the ass whoopin of a lifetime. A tip from my local sherriff, keep automatic garage door openers locked up or with you at all times. Lots of people leave them in their unlocked car, then the thieves basically have a key to your house. Stay safe everybody and keep a watchful eye out.

Sad to hear horrible news like this. It could be someone he knows or a past craigslist buyer who knew what was kept in the garage.

When I clicked on this thread the day it posted I saw victim's ad used google maps. This feature from Craigslist practically gives away the location of where this ATC 70 was stored. Thieves could easily drive around the neighborhood til they pinpointed the property with the item they wish to steal! I am always shocked when sellers post the actual address right in their ad! Sellers just can't be so trusting these days even if you got it padlocked to a telephone pole with a for sale sign on it in your yard a thief will not be deterred by a pad lock.
I hope this machine turns up in good condition!
