Found a 1987 Honda Atc 250sx

Going through some local ads and come across a 87 250sx. It was posted as a 86 but looking into the pics I could make out the last digit 7. It was a frame motor and front end missing lots of parts but I lend up trading him a mini bike and some Atv parts.

I just picked up the ownership with alittle work. Never registered to anyone. Motor kicks over with lots of compression.

I plan on keeping it and building it up. Needs a lot of care and parts. I was going to do a 86 sx until I came across this one.
I have another motor and 86 rear end in need of a frame. So I might do the 85 86 and 87 line up

It sounds like you have a good start to a project. And you don't have much money in it right now. Good luck!

I should have enough parts to complete it or come very close. I'm going to take my time on this one and finish my 85 for summer. I'm good a starting a project but never lend up finishing one.
