    Stock stroke is 57.8mm.
I can do 66mm strokers and a top secret Honda high comp piston which does not need a cylinder spacer but shipping to the U.S is expensive.

Well..Well..Well. That looks to be a fine job, indeeed. Appears that they even trued up the stock webs for you. Should run smooth, indeed.

What bore "special piston", has Honda in their cache, that is working for your combo ?

    Used bearings ? ? ?

One other thought crossed my mind (Lil' time in the shop tonight)... what are you going to use for cam chain guides, tensioner, and chain ? ? ? Inquiring minds, do want to know...

This crank is a CRF230F crank stroked 4mm and modified to fit in a 200x so the webs are standard CRF.
My Project X ATC70 engines use standard CRF cam chain guides and cam chain.

    Making sense, now.

Question: What year CRF are you using as a base line, for the cam chain guides? In having done a fair bit of research, I'm coming up with the 2008-09 as a best possible fitment. That being said, still not sure IF the guides will fit correctly in the stock lower cases. Have you put this combo together and if so... what are your findings?

Thanks and by the way... I LUV the concept. In some cases, more is better.

    greenhuman,
    I sent you a PM.

Also watching this thread along with Dave's. You guys make me burn a lot of time here learning. No that that's a bad thing, at least not for my brain. My wallet is a completely different matter.

I am going to give this a try on a 200X crank very soon. I think 66mm is a good safe limit for a stock 200X crank because of the rod surface area.
