KLT 110 Cam Bearing

Hello everyone. I just recently purchased a KLT 110 for dirt cheap. The previous owner told me it needs a cam bearing and all should be well. I was looking on fleabay for the service / repair manual. Is there a significant different between the 110-A1, 110-A2 and 110-A3 engines? If so, how do I tell which engine I have? I see the 110-A3 has front shocks but the A1 and A2 look almost identical. I'm not sure which model I have - I think the plate on the frame was removed.
