New to the board
I have a atc70 and i have spark with the screwdriver test... But none with the spark plug test... Tested the spark plug on my lawnmower and it's good... Set the points to the F.... Don't know how to test the coil behind flywheel, but do have a tester.
If anyone can think of something that might help please do

your condenser is bad time for a tune up kit I have a similar issue with one of mine. Points and condenser, aka tune up kit is about 23$ on ebay
