Can anybody tell me if the tool box lid on the 1985 125m will fit any other models. struggling to find one and wondered if the 200 or similar would fit.

the 200S should fit, but only certain years. not sure which ones (84 I think). I know on eBay I say a couple of these lids.

No I do not think any other trunk lid will work except from a atc 110 from 83 to 85. here is one off of ebay alittle pricy but http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-atc-OE...0b8f44&vxp=mtr.
