    I am confused?

In order to be part of this forum site anyone who is new has to wait 2 months and have 10 post before being able to post in the general forum? Why is this? Or am I misunderstanding something?

Unreal! Never run across this before. It seams to me that this part of the site gets little traffic. This isn't going to help me obtain any parts for the trike I picked up last week that I want to bring to a show in less than two months. I feel like I'm in the corner at kindergarden, for something I didn't do! Too bad that the few have to spoil it for the rest.
Anyways, I'm looking for one or two fuel tank emblems for a 1986 Polaris Scrambler 250Res, and a tail light assembly (or just the black part of the housing will do).

I recognize your name from other forums. Start a new post showing off your new Polaris. Plenty of guys on here have them, and know all about them. Someone on here is reproducing the tank emblems you are looking for. Just can't remember who.
    Welcome aboard.

Thanks for the comments. I have tried to add a couple pics, but I guess cause I'm new a moderator has to approve the post first? I also stated that I am in fact looking for one maybe two tank emblems for a '86 Polaris Scrambler.

Nice P3!!! I know of a couple of these on the site ( I have a small fleet of them myself ).

If your tank emblems are there but just faded / paint wore off then it would be easiest to try and match the paint and paint them. I had a few repo emblems / badges made up but I wasn't happy with the quality ( used a few and trashed the others ). I haven't even touched the molds in a year. Not even sure if the mold is any good any more.

I am missing the one on the other side of the bike. How are you able to see the pics? I can't see them.

I seem to recall that when you're new you can't always see pics and videos. In the mean time, you can still read the threads in other areas even if you can't post to them. Just be patient. Your time will come.

Well, I've passed the waiting period, but my post count isn't very high yet.

Thanks. Have been on the hunt for a while now. Not real actively looking but always keeping an eye out for one. This one was 40 miles from home. Used key switch showed up today in the mail too. Must have a third key to it...no Yamaha on the key, just a number.
