Ok did a little math. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

    520 chain has a pitch of 5/8" or .625

    12" on top and 12" on bottom .625 x 24" = 15 links

    Stock 250r 96 links plus 15 = 111 links

Whoops sure did screw that one up. Should of been dividing instead of multiplying.

    It's plus 38 links 96+38= 134

    Sorry about that.

Just order it long and cut to fit. You don't want to be adding links if you short.

    Here you go

or get a cheaper 140 link chain and a chain breaker to cut.

Why a +12? What are you doing that you need a +12?

I don't know much about running long swingers, but have ya thought about talking to a suspension specialist about the rear shock? sometimes they can make the shock work how you need it and then you don't have to run such a long swinger. just a thought.
good luck with the project sounds like fun for sure!
ther eis a company in canada that sells turbo setups that can be tweaked to work on your trike. Hint hint.

No unfortunately, with work and four kids, we have not had the time to go there lately. My kids want to go, and they are old enough for me to feel comfortable with them riding there. I just need to get a couple more machines for them to ride. They had a Raptor 50 and TRX 90 but outgrew them and we sold them.
