I have a 1985 Yamaha ytm 200 shaft drive. The other day while riding around I noticed some vibration in the rear end, which made my foot pegs kick. It doesn't do it all the time, but I was wondering if the rear end is going out or the driveshaft?![]()

Have you checked the oil in the differential lately?

I am going to do that tomorrow. I do a lot of water riding, so im thinking that water could have gotten into the rear end.
You should check it before and after submerging it. It's kind of the backbone of any shaft drive unit and needs to be properly maintained.
