    tecate MOTOR #'s????

    I have 3 tecate motors! The #'s on 2 of them just read KHI and then nothing!! doesn't looked ground off or anything. And the third has KHI then a lomg line of #'s. Whats the deal with the two that don't have #'s. how else can you tell the difference in the 84&85 t-3 MOTORS??? I can spot the difference in the frame but what about the motors?? :?: :?: :?:

    what you probably have is some engines that had the cases replaced, it was very common on these, as you have to buy them in pairs.(can't buy 1 side seperatly) the 84 and 85's are basically the same, they had slightly different clutch plates, shift forks and a few other things
