On my 86 the larger noise decal is located on the front frame just in front of the header pipe where it goes into the head. Read from the left side the top of the decal closest to the engine. I don't have the other decal but some thing very similar. Affixed "upside down" on the inside of the rear rack bar, just to the right of the trunk latch.
BTW: keep in mind you posted at 2am for the U.S. Lol
