Thread: needing the 81-83 XR500 or XL500 pistons specs

    needing the 81-83 XR500 or XL500 pistons specs

    does someone have the entire piston specs for the stock 1981-1983 Honda XL/XR 500 piston?
    i need the piston pin to top of piston height, the distance between the piston cheeks(forgot exact name of this)where the rod slides into.
    or if you have an old piston I can use please let me know. Need this for a special idea. will tell everyone later.

    Had Nicholson framed: 90/110, 185s, Gen I 500, Gen II 500
    Had Bandito Framed 90
