Going ridig and I have an 85 Honda 250r that's really low on coolant. Can I just fill it up with water? Or I have antifreeze/coolant for my tacoma. Could I use either of those?

Water would work in a pinch but I would get some proper coolant in there. You would hate that you forgot you diluted your mixture once winter comes. My son runs some high performance stuff in his R. Works way better than anything else he's tried.

.
unless you know that your antifreeze's are compatible, i would not mix them . . plain water as mentioned is fine . . distilled or purified water is fine providing there is some antifreeze in it.
.
leave 3/4" of air space for expansion.
distilled water is really what you want but straight water will boil and steam and coolant or water wetter prevents the boiling point of water.
Air pockets of super heated gas making hot spots is not what you want.

fill it to the top no room for expansion, that's what the overflow bottle is for,, when it expands it will refill the line from the burp tank to the radiator,, that way when it cools off it will suck water back not air,,,,,,
Thanks guys worked great nonissues
