    350x aluminum tool box

Came across this tool box. Previous owner never finished it. He was a machinest and did a real good job on it. I plan on using it with the after market 6 pack rack.

This thing + the 6 pack rack equals Debauchery.

    Looks fun.

He did some nice fab work on that box. When you mount it up, you might want to consider a heavier rear spring for the rear suspension.

At least it's aluminum, just fill with titanium tools.

I wonder what that rubber strap is off of, it says made in the USA.

I would also like to ask the guy who made it how many hours he had into this tools box. I Thought it was worth posting.

    Great work!!

I bet you could make the main body out of .125 and the mounts, .250.

My lack of TIG experience is hurting me severely!!

We do wire mig aluminum welding here in the shop all the time without issues. We only tig aluminum if its thin wall or small pcs.

It would definitely cut out four ops minimum if one were to weld the weldable joints rather than drill and tapping them.

    Nice box, though!

If someone could make them up I bet they be a great seller. But time would be a factor and cost.
