John many thanks again for sharing. It really means a lot to see early ATC racing history from your perspective.
Here's the thread I think I saw it in http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthr...ighlight=husky but the photo is gone! I'm hoping Slash can find it again. It might have belonged to Manbearpig?

That looks an awful lot like a factory KLT250 front end.....what`s the difference?

A sidecar MX frontend on a trike would be cool!

Mymint87 owns the Dickson Husky trike, but Im pretty sure his Husky trike is not the one in the above mentioned thread.

    I've got the Nicholson 250R, 185S and 2 500's

It looks like a Nickolson 1982 ATC250R frame with a few mods, you can see in these pictures how much wider the engine cradle is compared to the skinny RM250 engine.

im going to say that this frame is a modified 185s based nicholson frame. the rear fender is 185S and there are other similar attributes like the rear sub frame and lower engine cradle.

Now that would be a dream trike. I loved all my vintage early rm's.

Now what would of been pretty awesome is if they engineered the full floater suspension to the trike.

I have about 10 ideas in my head and on paper of modern conversions that will look vintage and will be based on a former pro's trike conversion

This was one of them, I recently miss a clean RM250 basket case with a ton of parts for 300 bucks.

Oh, well something will come up.

I was flipping through an old 3wheeler mag and one caption of this machine said it had a Nicholson frame.
