The Clymer manual doesn't specify the operating temperature when adjusting the clutch. Should I adjust it when cold or hot? I'd like to hear what everyone does here.

in theory, there should be very little difference, however, since the bike is warm/hot most of the time when you ride it, i suggest you adjust it when the engine is warm/hot.
I must say that most times when I adjust it it's cold because it's usually after doing some type of maintenance. But barnetts advice on this makes pleanty of sense to me.
