    Atc 110 no start ..stumped

    Got spark, got fuel.. Good compression.
    When I pull cord it turns but nothing, also headlight comes on when pull cord.

    If it's getting fuel AND spark it would start.

    You are getting a strong blue spark? How do you know it is getting fuel to the cylinder? Is the pilot jet clear of obstruction? Have you played with the idle screw?

    Got strong spark. Jets are clear as I cleaned the whole carb.

    Adjust your valves. Otherwise, one of the 3 isn't there.

    Second is check for spark , and third is fuel , if it still doesn't start check valve timing .
