    My 350x build

Just recently I was able to get my hands on a 1985 350x. It has been a long time coming. I have a few trikes an 84 big red. An 85 250sx and 86 Tecate 3. But have never been able to get a 350x. When I had the money I couldn't find one, or it was just trashed and didn't have the money to put in to rebuild it. So I finally bought one that was ed but had a workable motor. I put a 12 to 1 wiseco piston in it and it ran like a top. But anyway here are some photos.

Super nice! Good job on that one. So did you go with Maier replacement plastics? Are you happy with them?

I just picked up my all original '85 350x tonight and there are no cracks in the original Honda plastics or rear mud flap. I considering pulling them and saving them as they are so nice. Then replacing with some Maier fenders if they are of nice quality. So I would like to know what you have and how nice they are. Thanks!

Looking good, I would seriously consider running fork boots.

I have been building suspension systems for 29 years and those with fork boots are much, much better!
