I'd pay $6000 but that's because I'm poor! LOL! If I had money I'd probably spend up to $8000 for that!!! I know it's worth more than that!

That is some kind of rubber foam that straightens the surface and fills up some holes from the grinding of the base material.

It is partly riveted and the positions where it was not possible i glued it with kövulfix, a strange contact glue that is normaly used to glue shoes. You have to apply it, let it dry for 10 minutes and then you have to push everything together, the stronger you push the stronger it glues togehter.

    Till now it works great.

One of the brake bolts vibrated itself loose and the brakedisc cutted trough the bolts of the caliper, that was fixed and some loctite should now do the job...

Everything works now great, it hawls asses and has an unusal power at low rpm but also a strong powerband when you speed it up.

The only disadvantage is the unusual position of the right leg because of the large pipe, but this is a point that i can accept

It now needs a bigger chainwheel to use the last two gears too...

Next i will write report of my Kawasaki Mocate built if you are interested ?!
