Have you taken it out for a spin and put it under a load? If so, what does the plug look like?

Haven't taken it out yet because it is getting new bearings in the rear but the plug I can tell you is wet and it also smokes white as soon as it hit's a certain rpm and it falls on its face.

You rebuilt the top end right?

I've never seen a fuel level on any carb that is clear to the top of the bowl. Bend the tab up some to lower the fuel level and see if that helps. If it does try to find a new float and replace the one you have, reset the float height and check the fuel level. Most carburetors have a float level right around 3/4's of the bowl.

I'll try lowering the float, also I need help getting the rear axle out, I've pounded on the thing, let it sit in penetrating oil and it still won't come out. I see there is a spacer that is on the drivers side that doesn't want to move.
