Finally got a successful ride in today. Wow, this little thing has some power. I do need to get used to the crazy powerband. I just rode it around the field in my neighborhood some but it was really nice to ride it and not have to push it back home. I will do more test runs this week.

You guys have to have your sprockets set up near perfect!!

I remember my 87 RM125 being a dog when I got it. Until I put a smaller sprocket on it; Then it cranked....

Get your gearing dead on if you can; Sounds like it's better!!

i run 38T rear and 12T front on my KX100...it impressed the suspension builder when I had it in the shop. I'd invest in a reed spacer if you have the room for little extra torque.

That's the exact gearing that I'm running. I may switch axles to 83/84 250r axle with the 42t and see what it's like. That will widen the stance some too.

the wider billet axles are also way stronger so you gain stability and strength. longer and wider is always better.

I don't really have a way of posting a vid. One of my daughters has a go pro that maybe I can use. I look into that. You may have opened a can of worms oldskool.

I'm working on a few different things right now. One of them is a new shifter the first one I made sucked so I'm working on making one that doesn't suck as much. The part of the that you think would be complicated ends up being simple and seemingly simple tasks are what hold me up. I also need to sitch axles so I can run a 42t rear sprocket.

If I only had the time. It would be nice to compare these 2 machines head to head.
