Bad picture, but looks rich
Best way to fix that?
Different issues could be causing it. I would do a compression check and ensure your compression is per spec. Another issue could be jetting. Ensure you are running the stock jets, if your motor is still stock.
It may just be the picture, but that plug looks old, rounded electrode edge. If it is put in a new plug and check it after a few rides.
As yaegerb says a compression test is always helpful.

As always- Everything I post is IMHO.
Troubleshooting is easier with all the details. How old is the engine, how old is the plug, hows the engine running overall. Could just spend three bucks and get a new plug or you could need a valve/top end rebuild. Also could be a carb/air filter problem or electrical problem like a weak spark caused by several things including your coil or cdi. I'd start with a new plug and check it for a nice hot white/blue spark. Next check compression for bad rings, head gasket or valves or all of above. And then work on your carb and air filter.
I just bought the bike, I apologize about the lack of info. No smoking, starts first kick, second kick. Idles ok!
