    Tecate tank cover or tank?

    Guys I have a dilemma. I'm resorting an 85 tecate and I can't decide on a new tank or a plastic tank skin/cover.

    Has anyone tried these tanks covers, or has anyone got a picture of one installed:

    Can't speak for a tank cover, i have a Clark tank on an 86 and it matches the stock plastic very well. The quality is almost at oem level but lacks a little. For instance the finish is not as smooth. It's still a much better option than trying to restore a stained and scratched tank.

    I have a few of them. The green one I have is smoother than the red. A new tank is the way to go though. If you want a cover you can send me 30 and it's yours. I think shipping is around 20. So shipping plus 10 works.
