Yeah, as mentioned, that is in killer condition and with a few days of detail and a tooth brush and some spray paint etc, it will likely look almost new.
Don't toss the front fender, it can be repaired so it is useable but will be difficult to make it look perfect on the outside although it can be done . . You can actually paint those fenders which might be your only option sine a nice fender is rare and a nice blue fender is much rarer so you may need to just buy a mint one of any color then paint it . . unfortunately the color will look slightly different but at least its one possible option.

I also wouldn't use ANY product on it that has silicone in it like armor all and some tire conditioners do.
