    247cc ATC70

Finaly got my new laydown 247cc ATC70 bottom end together.
CRF230F 70mm stroker crank, 200x cases with forward kick, CRF230F high volume oil pump, CRF clutch drive gear mated to the 200X clutch basket. Just waiting on a CRF cylinder to arrive and then be bored to 67mm with a forged Wossner piston kit. A performance CRF cam and CRF head will then be modified to run the 200X spark advancer and it should be good to go. Should be nice and light with no starter motor, battery and wiring harness.

You have some great skills there, modifying parts and building unique projects, some I've read in the past, but only could be better with pic's or a build thread.

I have been looking for a sensibly priced CRF230 performance cam with no luck. I wanted to use this in my laydown 247cc ATC70 engine. It has a an ATC200X bottom end with a CRF230 70mm stroker crank and a 67mm CRF230 top end. I intended to add an advancer shaft to the CRF cam as I am using the 200X bottom electrics and flywheel. I have a few 200X aftermarket cams so what I did today was machine off the 200X bushings and sprocket mount and replaced all that with the CRF bearings and sprocket mount.
