    Big red 250 Gasket question

Im rebuilding a 1985 250 ES motor, on the listings for gasket kits some list as fitting 86-87 and others 85 only, is there a difference in the motors for the 3 years, I have 2 motors ES 250 and the shaft that the oneway clutch sits on is different size on both motors but everything else looks the same, I will run serial numbers to see what year, dont wanna buy wrong gasket kit, thanks

Only difference in gaskets I can think of off the top of my head is the starter reduction gears cover.
Please help those who cannot help themselves.

ALWAYS buying Museum quality machines,3 and 4 wheels. And any and ALL ,NOS parts,EVERY brand.

I am turning my PM's Off,my Email is billsracing@hotmail.com,put 3WW in the subject. Thanx!

Thanks alot atc007, I ordered the set anyway, the splined shaft that the one way clutch bearing sits on is different size on both motors, just threw me off a bit when I saw that, thought there might have been some differences I did not know about, its the first time i have had one of these engines apart, serial numbers both say 85 250 ES unless if im not mistaken
