Sounds like you might be better of making your own and extending the lugs....A company call Mcmaster Carr sells plastic composites stock that could be made to work....I had similar plastic extensions on my 200x back in the day. I believe it's polythylene (HDPE) Have a good day.

The problem with an extended rear axle on a tri zinger is its shaft driven. So you cant get extended swing arms or anything for it. I could be wrong but I think the hubs might be welded to the axle so you can't put different hubs on it like you could on a bigger trike. You could maybe put spacers behind the rim but you would have to change the lugs out as they are barely enough threads for the bolts already. Another thing is most zingers I see have a weld were somebody fixed it because the wheel hub broke and fell off. Widening its stance will increase this probability. And as far as I know nobody sells aftermarket pipes for a zinger so that would have to be a cut and weld custom job. Zingers aren't really aftermarket friendly at all.

the dg pipe is not that hard to find, however I've thought about the hub spacers, but with as this as the axle is I worry about the strain it will put on it, but with the weight of a 6 yr old it shouldn't be that bad. even still I wouldn't recommend much jumping with them. the stock jetting needs to be reduced for maximum performance as well, but leaving it stock will prevent them from opening it all the way up till they are ready. also why paint the plastics when you might be able to find stock red ones for it.
rectum nothin damn near killed them

You already have the blue seat, paint the rims gold just like a 250R!!! Just throwing it out there. And yeah if you can find a pipe and muffler your going to have to re jet it. My daughter has a pipe that wraps around the side of the motor instead of underneath the bike just like a big bike. Also has a muffler on it but it needs jetted because my other daughters zinger with stock set up is faster???? It runs strong until heavy throttle then the fuel can't keep up.

I listed Zinger wheel spacers in the 3WW store in case anyone was trying to find some.
