Does TrikeFest require any sort of state sticker, or registration of the vehicle?
I'm planning on attending but currently my bikes are not stickered or registered, as I haven't rode them in years.

You might be strong as an ox, but without a cart you are just a big dumb animal.
Best way to get to TF from TX? Anyone familiar with these two routes?
I leave out of West Texas. Map Quest shows two options. #1 is up I44 East Option #2 is on I30 and them merge with I44
Option one looks to be almost an hour shorter than option #2, but there are a couple guys near I30 I wouldn't mind popping in on depending on the time.
Have any of you traveled both? I prefer to avoid major construction and a lot of hills, but a little scenery would be nice. Talk to me.

DUCKSTER!
If you do a map route on google maps it tells you of upcoming road construction. A few days before should alert you of their plans. They got a picture of some cartoon guys with shovels, lol. I don't know why im telling you this I'm sure you are up on things.
Whatever you do try to miss the city rush hours. Maybe some truckers on some webite will know about how rough those roads are? Bad roads can really make for a long ride. The kind you hear your tires rumble every 75 feet.........rumble...........rumble..........rumb le.........
I'm pretty sure your drive is longer than Matt's and that's insane!

Not at all, thanks for the Google tip! I do know to avoid the big cities in rush hours which may mean taking 44 to go North of Dallas on Friday evening (God I hate that city during rush hour),
Doug, I'm sure the Alberta guys drive further. Home to TF for me is about 1,500 miles. They drive about 2,000 miles.
