    83 ATC 110 shifting question

I have had great help from everyone on this site getting me to where I am at now. I wanted to see if anyone had any more advice while I still have the right side cover off. Riding it REAL easy it would shift ok. As soon as I got into the throttle just a little more it would pop out of gear andit would rev up really high. After taking it apart I found the bolt holding the shifter drum was loose and caused a lot of play in that area. I now have it back in there with blue loctite and all it tight again. While it is all open is there anything else I should check out that could be a hidden problem?

    Thanks

sounds like your clutch is slipping. To adjust, there is a rubber cap on side of the engine case
Take off the ajuster locknut. Screw the adjuster in with flatblade screwdriver until slight resistance is felt, then back the screw off 1/8 turn. Tighten the locknut, make sure the ajuster screw doesnt move put the rubber cap back on.
if that does not work you may need to replace the clutch plates.
