I see he has a '06 Banshee in a box as well with the Anniversary colors. I really wished I would have bought that quad back in 2006 instead
of the left over '05 400EX.

Lol, it was "BID" to $9200,,18 bids or around there I think the day before,or the day of this post. Then it was auction over no bids at $6000. Something smells funny.. Very nice bike wherever it may be.

That's what happens when a seller or his buddies bid on his item. Mark my words, it will be listed again with similar results.

He does have this for sale now. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2006-Yamaha-...m=201520048685

Although he's had 2 others in the crate listed for sale previously. So either this guy somehow had 3 in the crate Banshees, or as you stated, he's bidding them up and they're not selling to any real bidders.

I agree, somethings wrong. He(and his buddies) are bidding up on his items, or he really doesn't even have them and is using pics from many many of the dirtbike/atc/quad collections that people post up. When you win the item(and pay his high price), you don't get anything close to what you see. How is it that someone has near or new items, that are close to 10 years or more older? 3 of them listed, several items similar in the past, all are the last year they were made(I do believe 07 was the last for banshee and blaster), BUT he has 3 positives and NONE of them are from selling anything??? How much more does this guy have that is gonna be listed in the future???? Either this guy is loaded(willing to bet you he has more, maybe even a crated tecate, atc250r, tri-z or other very rare finds) and bidding up his his stuff using this last year items as a attempt to be a investment or he is completely full of it. The second seams more likley.

This guy is in Ontario Canada, about 3-4 hours from me (and much closer for the London & area boys) - someone needs to check out this guy's garage to see if he's legit! He said he's also selling locally, so has anyone found his craigslist or kijiji ads?

Nothing really to check out. He is dirty and dishonest. I wouldn't deal with him no matter how shiny his stuff is.
