    KLT 160 Carb Swap 185 posible ?/advice ?

Just wondering if anyone out here has put a KFL185 carb on a KTL 160. I bought this 160 for cheap, the guy said it ran a few years ago, turns out the carb on it is a VM24 from a 185. I couldn't get it to work so I bought a VM22 off a guy on here for 50$ shipped but it turns out the float valve is broken on it and I cant find another one anywhere so I am back to trying to get the 185 carb to work. I am just wondering if anyone has done this swap successfully and if so what you had to do in order to get it working correctly.
    Thanks!

I'll be watching for answers as I don't know the status of my carb for my KLT160 as I have not opened it up yet.

I have been trying to get it working all day and the best I can get is a few turn overs on its own with it choked as much as I can, I could probably get it going if I changed the jets but I don't what I am doing so I think I am going to try to buy another used carb and hope I get one that works or buy a Chinese copy of the VM22 and hope that works. If anyone see this post and has used one of the VM22 copies let me know if it worked or if you had to make changes to it.
