You might want to try Rust Oleum Sunrise Red. Very close. Don't think you can get Passion Red from Honda anymore.

Thats what i used. Sunrise Red on my frame about 10 coats lol, followed by 5 coats of clear. Not sure about matching up to the original paint as far as a touch up bc it is aged. But IMO its a pretty close match. Pics arent the best but i think its pretty good

Sunrise red really does match the color well but I am not sure on the touch up part because its off probably a shade or two. Honestly if it is not to bad I would just leave it alone. A chip on the tank isn't the end of the world. Neither is the scratches on the forks because the forks will get scratch up very quickly any way.

Look online for "Color Rite" they offer Honda R109 Passion Red in spray can and I believe they
may have touch up pens also. www.ColorRite.com
